At We Rise, we don't simply fill a stage. We build an experience.
We Rise Courageously is designed for women business owners who have built the foundation and are ready to courageously step into what's next.
And every speaker plays a part in that journey.
Our speakers aren't selected simply because they're experts in their field. We're looking for women who can bring real experience, practical & tactical strategy, honest perspective, and a willingness to serve the room. We look at all the applications and find the story that connects between each selected speaker.
In 2027, every session will build on the one before it.
Rather than a collection of disconnected talks, the conference is intentionally designed as one stacking experience, moving attendees from clarity into strategy, implementation, leadership, and meaningful action.
That means your session isn't just your session.
It's one piece of a larger transformation.
We're looking for speakers who are willing to collaborate with us and with one another to create that experience. Women who can teach what they know, share what they've lived, and give attendees something they can actually use when they return to their businesses.

A Stage With a Purpose:
At We Rise, a great session doesn't stand alone.
Every speaker is part of an intentionally designed experience, with each session building on the conversations, insights, and action that came before it. We'll work with you to ensure your expertise fits into the larger journey while still giving you room to bring your own voice, experience, and perspective.
A Room That Does Something With What You Teach:
Our attendees aren't here to collect inspiration and go home.
They're business owners ready to reflect, make decisions, implement what they're learning, and move forward. Sessions are supported by intentional reflection, workbook prompts, conversations, and opportunities to put ideas into action throughout the conference.
Community Beyond the Stage:
This isn't a "speak and disappear" event.
Our speakers are part of the experience. You'll share meals, join conversations, build relationships, and spend time with attendees and fellow speakers throughout the conference.
Some of the most meaningful moment at We Rise happen nowhere near the microphone.
Full Experience. Deeper Impact:
Speakers are asked to participate in the full We Rise Courageously experience, February 24-27, 2027, including the VIP experience and conference programming.
Because when attendees have the opportunity to learn from you and then know you, the impact of your session can extend far beyond the stage.
Lodging Provided:
We will provide lodging at our exclusive Speaker House, creating space to connect, recharge, and build relationships with the other women helping shape the We Rise experience. Lodging is provided February 24-27. 2027.
Mutual Collaboration and Visibility:
We Rise is built on relationships, and our speaker partnerships are no different. Speakers are expected to actively help promote the conference to their communities. In return, we will intentionally spotlight you, your expertise, your business, and the work you are doing before, during, and after the event.
Note: This is an unpaid speaking opportunity. Speakers are responsible for their own transportation. Lodging and most meals will be provided February 24th with check out February 27th. We reserve the right to adjust logistics and accommodations as needed to create the most powerful and seamless experience for everyone involved. Additional speaker expectations and logistical details will be shared with selected speakers.
