HOW WE GOT HERE
It started as a conference.
It became a community.
When We Rise began, it was a conference.
A room full of women entrepreneurs, honest conversations, fresh perspective, and the kind of clarity that comes from being surrounded by people who truly understand what you're building.
But something unexpected happened. Women didn't just come for the event. They came back for each other.
They wanted connection between conferences. Accountability between breakthroughs. Support when business felt heavy. Community when leadership felt lonely.
So we listened. What began as a single weekend grew into networking events, community coffees, leadership programs, accountability pods, intimate gatherings, and a trusted network of women committed to growing together.
Because growth isn't built in a moment. It's built in community.

FROM THE FOUNDER
I spent years watching women around me build incredible businesses while quietly carrying the weight of doing everything alone.
I felt it too.
The truth is, most of what holds capable women back isn't lack of skill or strategy. It's isolation. It's the absence of honest community. It's not having a table where you can say the real thing and be met with understanding instead of judgment.
As We Rise grew, I saw the same thing happening inside OKC Women in Business. Women weren't looking for another networking event. They were looking for relationships, support, and spaces where they could grow together.
Today, women find us through networking events, community coffees, accountability groups, leadership development, conferences, and conversations that remind them they're not doing this alone.
That's still what drives this. Every program, every gathering, every virtual room we open: all in service of one thing. Helping women move from isolation to belonging, from overwhelm to clarity, from intention to confident, grounded action.
