For two immersive conference days, we bring together experienced women business owners, leaders, and experts for honest conversations about what it actually takes to build, lead, grow, and sustain something meaningful.
Not just the highlight reel.
The decisions. The responsibility. The growth. The uncertainty. The courage required for what's next.
And because insight without implementation rarely changes anything, every session is intentionally connected. We begin with the woman behind the business, then build outward into leadership, relationships, team, operations, money, growth, and the decisions that shape what comes next.

Five Years of Rising.
2027 marks the fifth annual We Rise Conference.
Five years of women walking into this room carrying businesses, ideas, questions, dreams, responsibilities, and stories still being written.
Five years of conversations that continued long after the microphones were turned off.
Of introductions that became friendships. Connections that became collaborations. Business exchanged that changed the trajectory of what someone was building.
Referrals made. Clients found. Experts hired. Opportunities opened because two women happened to find themselves in the same room.
And relationships that didn't end when the conference did.
Some of the women who met during our earliest We Rise conferences are still showing up for one another years later. They have become clients, collaborators, referral partners, sounding boards, friends, and some of each other's greatest supporters.
We've watched women return year after year changed by what happened in between.
And we've changed, too.
Because We Rise was never meant to stay the same.
As the women in this community have grown, the conversations have grown with them.
So Year Five isn't simply a retrospective. It's an evolution.
We're honoring every woman who helped build this room while creating the deepest, most intentional We Rise experience yet for the women who are ready to lead what comes next.

We begin with you.

Hello Beautiful Heart,
Five years ago, I had an idea for a room. A place where women could talk honestly about what it takes to build something meaningful. Where strategy and depth could exist together. Where you could learn from one another without feeling like you had to perform for one another.
Over the last five years, I've watched that room become more than I imagined.
I've watched strangers become friends. Connections become collaborations, clients, referrals, and opportunities. I've watched women meet at We Rise and continue showing up for one another years later.
And I've watched many of you come back. Your businesses grew. You went full-time. Your responsibilities grew. Your dreams changed. You changed.
And We Rise has grown alongside you. That's why Year Five feels different.
